Operations and Legal/Compliance
The CCO is tasked with generating corporate policies and procedures needed by the company for compliance. You measure and evaluate the level of compliance across the entire organization. The CCO should investigate any incident or violations for legal or regulatory requirements. The candidate should have risk assessment capabilities and communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to think big picture.
Directors and VP’s oversee company operations. You define and execute strategy, structure and process. You manage quarterly and annual budgeting and profit and loss. This position requires strong skills in organizational, accounting and budgeting.
Project Managers ’s execute operational projects. You are the gatekeepers of a firm’s efficacy and efficiency. You diagnose problems, create budgets and are tasked with making things run smoother.
Analysts help with a wide array of operational tasks by collecting and assessing performance data. This is a solutions-oriented role because it requires an individual to prepare information for analysis and use that analysis to inform future strategy.
A Risk Manager communicates risk policies and processes for an organization. They provide hands-on development of risk models involving market, credit and operational risk, assure controls are operating effectively, and provide research and analytical support. Candidates should have strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
Senior counsel are responsible for handling various legal matters inside a law firm or business. Their specific tasks may vary depending on the needs of their organization and their specialty. You should be able to deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas. You must be comfortable and capable of assuming leadership.
A mid-level or Junior Compliance officer is in charge of the administration of compliance processes and carries out routine, familiar and predictable work. The candidate must have the ability to develop knowledge and understanding of compliance and risk management matters relating to products and services. You should demonstrate an ability to acquire skills needed to perform compliance roles at a higher level, such as independent and team working and engagement with ethical concerns
