You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You warrant that all information you provide (including CVs and job descriptions) is truthful, accurate, complete, and current. You agree to use the Site only for lawful recruitment purposes and must not post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content; upload viruses or harmful code; or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or other users’ data. Candidates, by submitting your resume, you permit A. Solomon Recruits to share this information with potential Clients. Clients warrant that all job postings are genuine and comply with applicable labor laws, and agree to use Candidate information solely for evaluation purposes, maintaining confidentiality of all Personal Data received.
The Site and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by A. Solomon Recruits and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the Site only for personal and internal business purposes. The Site and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. A. Solomon Recruits makes no warranties regarding the Site's operation, the accuracy of content, or the quality of services, and does not warrant that the Site will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A. Solomon Recruits will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jersey City, New Jersey. We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the Site if you violate these Terms.
